Privacy Policy
How website information
is handled.
This policy explains the information WebXNI receives through this website, why it is used, and the choices available to you. Last updated August 22, 2026.

1. Scope
This policy applies to the WebXNI website, its lead-review and free-estimate forms, lead diagnostic, accessibility preferences, interactive map, and embedded review feed. It does not govern a client’s own website, advertising account, CRM, or other system unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
2. Information collected
Information you submit
A lead-review or estimate request may include your name, work email, optional phone number, business name, primary goal, current website, target market, preferred timeline, optional marketing range, requested scope, description of the current problem, the page where the request began, and confirmation that WebXNI may contact you about the inquiry.
Technical and security information
Cloudflare may process ordinary request information—such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, requested pages, and security signals—to deliver and protect the website. The public lead endpoint uses a one-way SHA-256 digest of the normalized email address as a rate-limit key; the plain email address is not used as that limiter key.
Preferences stored on your device
The first-party accessibility menu stores an a11y-preferences object in local storage so selected display preferences can remain active. WebXNI does not use that preference object to identify you.
Map requests
The contact-page map requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap infrastructure. That request may expose ordinary connection information to the tile provider under its own privacy practices. The map does not request your precise device location.
Review-widget requests
The homepage and reviews page load a Trustmary widget from widget.trustmary.com. When that widget loads or you interact with it, Trustmary may receive ordinary connection and device information and may use browser storage under its own privacy and cookie practices.
3. How information is used
- Review, route, and respond to a business inquiry.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and lead-delivery path.
- Prevent repeated or abusive submissions.
- Maintain reasonable business records and comply with legal obligations.
- Establish a project scope only when both parties later approve a separate written agreement.
4. When information is disclosed
Inquiry information is delivered through Cloudflare’s hosting, security, rate-limiting, and email infrastructure and received through WebXNI’s email provider. Limited technical information may also be processed by OpenStreetMap when the interactive map loads and by Trustmary when the review widget loads. Information may be disclosed to professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, comply with law, or complete an authorized business transition.
The current website is not configured to sell personal information or use submitted inquiry data for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, this notice and any required choice mechanism must be updated before the change is enabled.
5. Retention
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a possible engagement, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on whether the inquiry becomes a client relationship, whether a record is needed for security or accounting, and whether deletion is legally permitted.
6. Security and sensitive information
WebXNI uses HTTPS, server-side validation, same-origin controls, payload limits, native rate limiting, and restricted delivery paths. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, advertising-platform credentials, customer lists, health information, lock or alarm codes, or other confidential access information through public forms.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask WebXNI to describe, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal compliance, accounting, or the establishment or defense of legal claims. WebXNI may request reasonable verification before acting on a request.
Email marvin@webxni.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. You can reset accessibility preferences from the accessibility menu or remove site data through your browser.
8. California privacy rights
If the California Consumer Privacy Act or another privacy law applies to WebXNI and your information, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising a right. WebXNI will evaluate verified requests under the law that applies to the request. The current website does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and WebXNI does not knowingly collect personal information from children through it. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact WebXNI to request review and deletion.
10. External services and links
Links or embeds involving YouTube, client sites, OpenStreetMap, Trustmary, and other external services lead or connect to systems controlled by other organizations. Their privacy and security practices apply when you visit, load, or interact with them.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. A revised effective date will appear at the top. Material changes should be presented before they apply to newly collected information when required.
12. SMS Privacy
Webxni LLC uses telephone numbers and SMS consent records to provide requested consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and customer-care communications. When a person provides separate express consent, Webxni LLC may also send marketing and promotional text messages.
SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided only to service providers acting on behalf of Webxni LLC to deliver and support these communications.
You may reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
