Terms & Conditions
Clear expectations
before the work.
These terms govern use of the WebXNI website. A paid project begins only after WebXNI and the client approve a separate written agreement. Last updated August 20, 2026.

1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit information through it. These website terms do not replace a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other signed client contract.
2. Website information is not a performance promise
The site describes general capabilities, processes, examples, and educational information. WebXNI does not guarantee rankings, ad approvals, impressions, clicks, lead volume, lead quality, sales, revenue, platform access, uptime, third-party availability, or a particular business result. Examples and portfolio descriptions explain scope and approach; they are not promises that another business will receive the same outcome.
3. No client relationship from site use
Browsing the website, emailing WebXNI, or submitting a lead-review request does not create an agency, consulting, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or client relationship. A project begins only when the parties approve a separate written scope covering deliverables, timing, fees, responsibilities, ownership, platform access, and any project-specific terms.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the website for lawful evaluation of WebXNI’s services and for legitimate business inquiries. You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access, probe security, bypass rate limits, or interfere with operation.
- Send malicious code, automated spam, deceptive submissions, or content that violates another person’s rights.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent authority to act for a business.
- Scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit substantial site content without permission.
- Submit passwords, payment-card data, customer lists, government identifiers, confidential credentials, or other sensitive access information through public forms.
5. Inquiry submissions
You represent that information submitted through the site is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. You grant WebXNI permission to process the submission for reviewing, securing, routing, and responding to the inquiry. Submission does not obligate WebXNI to accept a project or provide a proposal.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, WebXNI owns or licenses the website’s original text, design, code, graphics, and branding. Client names, logos, screenshots, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners. Limited viewing of this website does not transfer intellectual-property rights or grant permission to reuse the site as a template.
7. Third-party platforms and links
The website may link to or describe Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, Cloudflare, WordPress, OpenStreetMap, YouTube, client sites, and other third-party services. Their availability, policies, approvals, pricing, data practices, and performance are controlled by those providers. WebXNI is not responsible for third-party content or changes outside its control.
8. Privacy
WebXNI’s collection and use of website information is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice. Those notices are incorporated into these terms for website use.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available.” WebXNI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, or investment advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WebXNI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, inability to use the site, reliance on general site information, or interaction with a third-party service. Where liability cannot be excluded, liability related solely to free website access will be limited to the amount, if any, paid specifically for that access. A signed client agreement controls liability for paid services.
11. Availability and changes
WebXNI may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website content or features. These terms may be revised when the site or legal requirements change. Updated terms apply prospectively from the date posted unless applicable law requires another process.
12. Disputes and applicable law
Project disputes are governed by the signed agreement for that project. For a website-only concern, contact WebXNI first so the issue can be reviewed. These terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived, and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
13. Severability and no waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
